You have some good people that work for you, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Jason Redman.  First, he responded to a panicked wife on Sunday night while I was out when the old water softener started continuously back flushing.  While on the phone he walked her through the process of bypassing and shutting down the malfunctioning unit.  Yesterday, once things were sorted out (thank you!) he installed a new water softener and then took the time to explain all of the different features and functions of the unit.  I was impressed when she was able to share this information upon my return home.  It’s for this type of service, really someone going the extra mile, that we seek out and support local businesses.  We have used your firm for nearly ten years now and are, in the spirit of the season, thankful for the service and support you have provided over the years.  Again, our thanks to you and Jason for the care and service you provided!

Honestly. Wow…. These days it seems as though service has gone out the window and has given way to, who’s next, I sell real estate and deal with contractors on a regular basis. It is my pleasure to recommend mid Atlantic for water treatment and plumbing service. They gave me a first quote when others gouged me when I asked them to work in a space that was not perfect. I have a small closet where I need my water treatment system to go and Mid Atlantic was happy to work with that space. I did not have access to water as I was in the midst of a renovation and they were happy to send out a Plummer at a reasonable price to install my well expansion tank. The plumber who did the work on my renovation quoted me $500 to install the tank. They did it for 350. They called me 30 minutes before they showed up and they were happy to have the work. These days it seems like you have to beg someone for a decent service. I highly recommend this company and I will be passing them along to all of my future real estate clients.

These folks were so professional and explained everything thoroughly. We are completely satisfied with the experience of learning about the water system and, now, living with it. We had such rust and other problems with the water. My husband and I now just comment on how clean, clear, soft, and without odor the water is. We are so satisfied with this company and the results of their efforts.

David Cantler was great – walked in, listened to my concern, made corrections that should have been in place, discussed the changes, and made sure I understood what he had done & what I would need to do should the timing be off. They also checked my water to make sure it was good. David’s assistant – he introduced him, but I am sorry do not remember his first name was great as well. He tested the water and was polite!
